We are a small family business who began making cards as a hobby around 10 years ago. Although we have always done a lot of different crafts including hand & machine knitting, tapestry, cross stitch, Brass Rubbing and sewing to name but a few!

Unfortunately due to where we live there are very few craft shops which can be anywhere from a 20 minute drive away to and hour from home. This made it very difficult for us to get hold of the right products but we persevered and we finally made the decision to open an online store selling craft products at prices we would be happy to pay ourselves.

So in November 2007 we bought up stock from a business that was closing down and began our journey. It took us a while to decide upon a name but eventually we decided that as this is all down to fate it is only right that the name means fate. Therefore we named the business Kismet Crafts.

We have also been selling our hand made cards for many years now and have had some amazing feedback. This led to us being approached for a quote and sample of Wedding stationary. The Wedding stationary was made to match the wedding colours of burgundy and gold and again the feedback was amazing and everyone admired and commented on how lovely and unique the stationery was. We also made the bride and groom a personalised scrapbook from their wedding photos.

Due to this success we decided to extend our business and offer a bespoke, handmade Wedding Stationery service to our customers via our shop in Pembroke, as well as a Luxury DIY service both in our shop and online.
